By 2...P-9d , AKUTSU selected Yonteme Kyu-Yon Fu defence as the opening of this game . After the first Bishop exchange , AKUTSU ranged his Rook with 7...R-2b making SATO's direct Mukai Bisha formation .
MIURA dropped a Bishop with 8.B*6e forking the 8c and the 4c-Pawns . AKUTSU also dropped a Bishop with 8...B*7d .

MIURA made a promoted Bishop with 9.Bx4c+ and AKUTSU moved up his left Gold with 9...G-4b killing the 4c-promoted Bishop . MIURA sacrificed the promoted Bishop with 10.+Bx6a capturing the 6a-Gold and dropped the Gold with 11.G*7e to kill the 7d-Bishop .
For some moves , AKUTSU developed his camp , and MIURA also developed his Kakoi higher .
