Shogi Game record : 2009 JT Shogi Nihon series

A shogi game of JT Shogi Nihon series between SATO Yasumitsu and FUKAURA started 18 July 2009 at Hokkaido .

In this game , SATO selected strange opening . Why I feel strange ? The move 2.S-7h mainly means , the player wants to select Shiken Bisha , but in this line Sente player usually closed his Bishop line with 3.P-6f replying 2...P-3d . In stead of 3.P-6f , SATO moved up his Bishop with 3.B-7g .

When I saw 3.B-7g , I though SATO wanted a Kakukawari game with odd starting moves . But he closed the Bishop line 5.P-6f . Finally SATO selected Mukai Bisha .

FUKAURA moved up his Bishop with 7...B-4d aiming at unprotected 2f-Pawn . SATO pushed the 2nd file Pawn with P-2e to escape from the Bishop line .

FUKAURA once made a Kani gakoi . After made Kata mino gakoi , SATO advanced his left Silver with 12.S-5f threatening the 4d-Bishop's head . FUKAURA jumped his left Knight with N-3c to defend the Bishop head . SATO developped his Kakoi to Hon mino gakoi .

SATO pushed the 4th file Pawn with 16.P-4e and FUKAURA backed the aimed Bishop .
SATO also pushed the 6th file Pawn to re-open his Bishop line . FUKAURA moved his King to 2a avoiding SATO's Bishop line .

SATO backed the 5f-Silver with 18.S5f-4g making a Diamond Mino gakoi . FUKAURA jumped his right Knight aiming at unprotected 6e-Pawn . SATO turned his Rook with 19.R-6h to protect the 6e-Pawn .

FUKAURA started developing his Kakoi to Millenium gakoi like formation . SATO floated his Rook with 21.R-6f and started attacking with 22.P-7e .

After some moves , SATO's continued attacking and a Bishop drop 40.B*5e forking 2h-King and 6d-Rook . But SATO gave FUKAURA many pieces in the same time . SATO dropped a Rook with 42.R*5a , and FUKAURA dropped a Knight with 42...N*3f , both moves directly aiming at each other's King .

KUBO usually selects "Gokigen Nakabisha" as Gote , but he　selected closed "Shiken Bisha" as the opening of this game . In addition to it , he choiced "FUJII system" , the strategy attacking "Ibisha Anaguma" direct .

NAGANUMA didn't select "Ibisha Anaguma" in this game , but select "Millenium gakoi" (or called Tochka ) . Then KUBO started entering his King into "Mino gakoi" , this means that KUBO transpositioned from "FUJII system" to standard "Shiken Bisha" .

After some moves , NAGANUMA started attacking .

KIMURA led the opening "Santeme Nana-Hachi Kin senpou" ; 2.G-7h . GOUDA replied open and immediately reclosed the Bishop's line ; P-3d --->P-4d . KIMURA naturaly developed his camp , but GOUDA selected very rare move ; S-7b .

GOUDA selected "Youdou Furibisha" , his Rook's position is "Shiken Bisha" , and made his castle "Ginkanmuri" . KIMURA made his castle to "Millenium" .
