HABU selected Aigakari as the opening of this game and WATANABE accepted it . After the 2nd file Pawn exchange , HABU backed his Rook with 6.R-2f and advanced the right Silver to make Nakahara ryu San-Nana Gin senpou attacking form .

WATANABE exchanged the Bishops with 14...Bx8h+ and made Koshikakegin form with 17...S-5d to defend .

HABU jumped both Knight to prepare attacking and WATANABE dropped a Bishop with 22...B*5d threatening the Knights' head .
