AKUTSU selected Shiken Bisha as the opening of this game . TANIGAWA made Funa gakoi and AKUTSU made Hon mino gakoi . TANIGAWA started developing his Kakoi to Ibisha Anaguma .
While TANIGAWA was making Ibisha Anaguma , AKUTSU advanced his left Silver to 5d . During the development of TANIGAWA's attacking pieces , AKUTSU also developed his Kakoi to Ginkanmuri . After some moves , AKUTSU started attacking with 28...P-3e .

After sacrificing the 3rd file Pawn , AKUTSU moved up his Bishop with 29...B-1c aiming the ...Sx3e . TANIGAWA let his Bishop back with 30.B-1g escaping from the 3e and prepared the ;Nx4e against ...Sx3e . Until this move , TANIGAWA seemed to get a slight advantage .
AKUTSU jumped his right Knight with 30...N-8e to prepare an attack in the 9th file . AKUTSU sacrificed his 4a-Rook and got a Bishop and tried to attack TANIGAWA's Ibisha Anaguma .
TANIGAWA sacrificed his Rook with 49.Rx4f and attacked AKUTSU's King directly with 50.B*7a .
