SHIMIZU selected Aigakari as the opening of this game and KATO accepted it . After both players exchanged their each Rook Pawns , SHIMIZU advanced her right Silver making NAKAHARA ryu San-Nana Gin senpou attacking formation .

KATO made Koshikakegin form with 14...S-5d to defend . SHIMIZU exchanged the Bishops with 19.Bx4d to start attacking and KATO pushed the 7th file Pawn to counter-attack .
