Until 3...R-5b , KONDOU selected Gokigen Nakabisha as his usual . OIKAWA allowed KONDOU to make Gosuji Kuraidori Nakabisha formation and advanced his right Silver with 7.S-3g to aim at both of the 5e-Pawn and the 3c-Bishop head .

KONDOU exchanged the 5th file Pawns and made Kata mino gakoi . OIKAWA advanced his Kakoi higher and made Gyokutou Kuraidori form .

OIKAWA exchanged the 4th file Pawns , moved up the Bishop with 24.B-9g and jumped the right Knight with 26.N-3g to prepare an attack .

Before OIKAWA started attacking , KONDOU sacrificed the 6th file to prevent OIKAWA's Bishop sacrifice with ;Bx5c+ and pushed the 9th file Pawn to attack the 9g-Bishop .

After opening the Bishop line with 1.P-7f P-3d , both players pushed the 9th file Pawn with 2.P-9f P-9d . FUJII closed the Bishop line with 3.P-6f , and KONDOU immediately ranged the Rook with 3...R-3b making Sanken Bisha form .

While FUJII was making Mukai Bisha formation , KONDOU made Hon mino gakoi and advanced the 3rd file Pawn with 6...P-3e . FUJII advanced the 7th file Pawn with 8.P-7e to disturb the development of KONDOU's Kakoi and to develop his attacking form .

Replying KONDOU's 3rd file Pawn exchange , FUJII tried to make Yagura gakoi . But KONDOU declined it by dropping a Pawn with 10...P*3f . After some moves , FUJII developed his attacking form and started attacking with 22.P-9e .

SUZUKI advanced his left Silver with 7.S-4f and KONDOU quickly made Hon mino gakoi . After advanced the 5th file Pawn with 8.P-5e to block the Bishop line , SUZUKI also made Kata mino gakoi .

KONDOU developed his Kakoi to Taka mino gakoi . SUZUKI started developing his Kakoi to Ginkanmuri and KONDOU exchanged the 3rd file Pawns . Replying KONDOU's 3rd file Pawn exchange , SUZUKI slid his Rook with 17.R-3h facing the Rooks each other , and KONDOU declined Rook exchange with 17...S-3c .
