By 3...Bx8h+ , FUKAURA selected Ittezon Kakugawari as the opening of this game . FUKAURA made Koshikakegin form and MIURA also made same form .

After some moves , MIURA made Suzume zashi attacking form with 19.R-1h and FUKAURA crushed the right Silver against MIURA's 5f-Silver with 19...S-6e .

Shogi News : The 50th Oi sen ; 7 games title match

7:02 P.M. 9 September 2009 , FUKAURA won the 6th game of Oi sen title match . The score of this match becomes "FUKAURA 3 --- 3 KIMURA" . Then the winner of next/last game will get the 50th Oi title .

They are going to have the 7th/last game 29 & 30 September 2009 , at the same place . (Jin'ya Onsen Ryokan , Hatano city , Kanagawa)

KIMURA's King escaped from FUKAURA's promoted Lance with 29.K-7g . After escaping the 9c-Rook , FUKAURA continued attacking . During these moves , KIMURA's promoted Bishop slowly threatened FUKAURA's King .

KIMURA dropped a Lance with 32.L*9h and forced FUKAURA to attack . Sacrificing a promoted Bishop with 33...+B-7i , FUKAURA continued attacking .

KIMURA's defense was perhaps very effective , but after some moves , KIMURA seemed to have no enough pieces to mate FUKAURA's King .

KIMURA selected Yagura as the opening of this game , and FUKAURA accepted it . The game naturally advanced to Shin Yagura niju-yonte gumi .

KIMURA
choiced MORISHITA system with 13.B-6h . FUKAURA replied it with 13...P-9d ; Suzume zashi line .

Replying FUKAURA's 14...P-9e , KIMURA advanced the right Silver with S-3g . FUKAURA moved up the left Gold with 15...G5b-4c to make the center file safety .

Then KIMURA exchanged the 3rd file Pawns . FUKAURA jumped his right Knight with 17...N-7c and after sacrificing the 5th file Pawn , FUKAURA attacked in the 9th file .

After advancing the 5th file Pawn , KIMURA backed his Bishop and aiming at 8b-Rook . With escape from the Bishop line , FUKAURA aimed at the 9th file .

FUKAURA sealed the 56th move , and the game once stopped .


Which player can get an advantage ?
In diagram 3 , KIMURA's promoted Bishop is threatening FUKAURA's Rook , but FUKAURA's Lance and Rook is aiming at the 9th file of KIMURA's camp . KIMURA's King is sitting on near the target of FUKAURA's attack . The escape route of FUKAURA's King is blocked by 3a-Bishop .

After both players opened their each Bishop line , YAUCHI closed her Bishop line immediately with 2.P-6f . YAUCHI tried to advance Yagura game , SHIMIZU seemed to advance "Migi Shiken Bisha" as her usual . But in this game , SHIMIZU relatively quiet line .

YAUCHI completed her "Yagura gakoi" and exchanged 3rd file Pawn with her Bishop .
SHIMIZU threatened YAUCHI's Rook with the Bishop at 7c . After 6th and 4th file Pawns exchange , SHIMIZU also made "Yagura gakoi" . YAUCHI made "Suzume zashi" formation with L-1g and R-1h . SHIMIZU made attacking form with N-8e earlier .
