HABU won the 1st game of the Ryuo sen challenger deciding match .

10:12 P.M. (JST) , 16 August 2010 , after 96 moves , HABU won the 1st game of the Ryuo sen challenger deciding match .

The 2nd game of this match will start 10:00 A.M. (JST) 30 August 2010 at Kansai Shogi Kaikan , Fukushima , Osaka .

By 2.P-7e , KUBO selected IHIDA ryu opening as the opening of this game . HABU made Funa gakoi with 8...S-4b and KUBO started making Anaguma gakoi with 9.L-1h .

Replying KUBO's 11.K-1i , HABU started attacking with 11...P-6e . After exchanging Bishops , HABU dropped a Bishop with 13...B*4e forking the 8i-Knight and the 2g-Pawn .

KUBO pushed the 5th file Pawn with 14.P-5f to defend the 8i-Knight and HABU made his Bishop promoted with 14...Bx2g+ . HABU backed the promoted Bishop with 15...+B-5d and aiming at KUBO's 7f-Rook .

KUBO dropped a Bishop with 17.B*3f to remove HABU's promoted Bishop . After the exchange of the Bishop and the 5d promoted Bishop , KUBO dropped a Bishop again with 20.B*4e trying to attack HABU's camp .

HABU advanced the Pawns of his camp aiming at KUBO's Bishop . KUBO slid his Rook with 26.R-2f and sacrificed his Bishop to continue attacking . KUBO succeeded to make his Rook promoted , but HABU sacrificed his Bishop and attacked KUBO's camp with 34...P-3f .
