HASHIMOTO selected Yagura as the opening of this game and INOUE accepted it . The game ran along a line to Shin Yagura Nijuuyonte gumi for a while .

By 9...S6b-5c , INOUE selected AKUTSU ryu kyusen . INOUE exchanged the 5th file Pawns and HASHIMOTO advanced the 2nd file Pawn to exchange the Pawns .

INOUE moved up the left Silver with 13...S-3c to decline the 2nd file Pawn exchange . HASHIMOTO moved up the 6g-Gold to attack INOUE's Bishop .
