Shogi Game record : The 59th NHK cup TV shogi tournament

A shogi game of the NHK cup tournament between SATO Kazutoshi and YASHIKI Nobuyuki was broadcasted 10 May 2009 .

SATO pushed the 5th file Pawn with 1.P-5f , and this move mainly shows SATO realy wanted to select Nakabisha . Replying this move , YASHIKI opened his Bishop lline with P-3d .

SATO immediately ranged his Rook with 2.R-5h , because he coudn't open the Bishop line . If SATO opened the Bishop line with 2.P-7f , the following moves would give YASHIKI an advantage ; 2...Bx8h+ , 3.Rx8h B*5g , 4.S-6h B-2d+ .

After completed Mino gakoi , SATO advanced the 5th file Pawn with 6.P-5e and opened his Bishop line . In the other hand , YASHIKI completed his Funa gakoi and started advancing the 8th file Pawn .

YASHIKI advanced his both Silver 6e & 4d and attacked the left half side of SATO's camp . But in this line , YASHIKI's Kakoi became less safty and he needed careful moves . After some moves , replying SATO's attack YASHIKI successfully jumed his useless right Knight jumped to very effective position ; 6e . And YASHIKI seemed to get an advantage .
