SAWADA selected Ittezon Kakugawari as the opening of this game . SATO advanced his right Silver onto 4f making a Haya kuri Gin attacking form and made Hekomi Yagura before an attack .

SAWADA was also developing his camp without moving the King . By 16.P-3e , SATO started attacking .

Replying SATO's 3rd file Pawn exchange , SAWADA sacrificed the 8th file Pawn and dropped a Bishop with 18...B*5e forking the 2h-Rook and the 6f-Pawn . SATO also dropped a Bishop with 19.B*4f to defend his Rook .

After the Bishop exchange , SAWADA backed his Rook with 20...R-8a and SATO let his King enter Yagura gakoi with 21.K-8h . SAWADA dropped a Pawn with ...P*3h and tried to attack SATO's attacking pieces . SATO sacrificed his Rook with 35.Rx3d and continued attacking .
