Shogi News; YAUCHI won the 1st game .

Shogi News; The 35th Jo-ryu Meijin sen 5 games title match .

6:08 P.M. 25 January 2009 , after 196 moves YAUCHI won the 1st game . The 2nd game will start 9:00A.M. (in JST) 1 February 2009 at Noda city Chiba .

SHIMIZU tried to select her favorite opening "Aigakari" with 1.P-2f , but YAUCHI declined it with 1...P-3d . SHIMIZU naturaly opened her Bishop line with 2. P-7f . YAUCHI closed her Bishop line with P-4d and she tried to select "Uso Yagura" opening . SHIMIZU accepted it with S-4h , but she made "Migi Shiken Bisha" attacking formation . "Migi Shiken Bisha" is also SHIMIZU's favorite opening .

After some moves , YAUCHI exchanged Bishops . Both players advanced their each camp . During adcancing a camp , YAUCHI allowed SHIMIZU to make a promoted Bishop and SHIMIZU got some advantage .
