WAKI selected Yonteme Hachi-Hachi Kakunari senpou as the opening of this game with 2...Bx8h+ . After some moves , WAKI selected direct Mukai Bisha with 5...R-2b , and AKUTSU dropped a Bishop with 6.B*6e . WAKI also dropped a Bishop with 6...B*7d . AKUTSU exchanged the Bishops again , and pushed the 7th file Pawn with 8.P-7e . WAKI ranged his Rook again with 8...R-7b . And after protect 4c-Pawn by G-3b , WAKI captured the 7d-Pawn with 10...Rx7d .

AKUTSU developped his camp to Koshikakegin form , and completed the Yagura gakoi . WAKI made a attacking formation like Yagura kuzushi and started attacking in the 6th file of AKUTSU's camp with 27...P-6e .
