Shogi News : KIMURA won the 1st game after draw game . (Oi sen)

Shogi News : The 50th Oi sen : 7 games title match .



7:29 P.M. 14 July 2009 , after 113 moves , KIMURA won the replayed game of the 1st game of the 50th Oi sen title match . The score of this match becomes "FUKAURA 0 ---1 KIMURA" . They are going to have next game , 22 & 23 July 2009 , at Sapporo city , Hokkaido .

The 1st game restarted with KIMURA's sealed mvoe , 22...G-4e . And KIMURA's Gold started chasing FUKAURA's Rook again . The same position appeared 4 times , and the game ended as a draw . Then after short rest , they had a replayed game .

In the repalyed game , KIMURA selected Yagura opening and FUKAURA accepted it . They advanced the game in the most popular line of Yagura game . KIMURA choiced MORISHITA system with 13.B-6h . While KIMURA's king was entering the Yagura gakoi , FUKAURA advanced the 9th file Pawn to 9e . Replying KIMURA's P-1f , FUKAURA jumped the right Knight with 16...N-7c .

After moving up the right Silver with 17.S-3g , KIMURA exchanged the 3rd file Pawn . In the other hand , FUKAURA advanced his right Silver to 6d and started attacking without his King's entering the castle .

After the Bishop exchange , FUKAURA dropped his Bishop in hand to attack KIMURA's Rook wiht 30...B*4i .
