HABU selected Yokofudori as the opening of this game , and WATANABE accepted it . HABU selected San-San Kaku senpou line with 8...B-3c .

Replying WATANABE's Nakazumai Gyoku with 10.K-5h , HABU also moved up his King with 10...K-5b .

WATANABE dropped a Pawn with 11.P*8g and HABU backed his Rook with 11...R-8e onto CHUZA Bisha position .

HABU pushed the 7th file Pawn with 12...P-7d to develop his attacking pieces . WATANABE advanced the 1st file Pawn to attack this file . HABU backed his King with 14...K-4a to defend , but after the Bishop exchange , WATANABE started attacking with 17.P-1d .

WATANABE sacrificed Pawns in the 1st file and dropped a Bishop with 19.B*2a attacking the 1b-Lance . HABU also dropped a Bishop with 19...B*4e to protect the Lance .

WATANABE pushed the 4th file Pawn with 20.P-4f attacking the 4e-Pawn . But this move opened the diagonal line toward WATANABE's 5h-King . HABU backed the 4e-Bishop with 20...B-3d .

WATANABE exchanged his Bishop for HABU's 3b-Gold with 21.Bx3b+ , and dropped the Gold with 22.G-3e to kill the 3d-Bishop . HABU pushed the 7th file Pawn with 22...P-7e to defend the 3d-Bishop and to attack the 7th file in the same time .

WATANABE captured the 3d-Bishop with 23.Gx3d and HABU sealed the 46th move .
