IWANE won the 1st game of the Kurashiki Tohka sen title match

The 1st game of the Kurashiki Tohaka sen title match between SATOMI Kana and IWANE Shinobu started 10:00 A.M. (JST) , 21 October 2010 at Shogi Kaikan , Sendagaya , Shibuya Ku , Tokyo .

By 2.P-7e , IWANE selected ISHIDA ryu opening in this game . SATOMI pushed the 5th file Pawn with 2...P-5d forcing IWANE to close her Bishop line with 3.P-6f .

SATOMI ranged her Rook with 3...R-3b onto a Sanken Bisha position . After moving up the left Silver with 5.S-6g , IWANE also ranged her Rook with 6.R-7h , and the opening of this game became Ai Furibisha .

SATOMI exchanged the 3rd file Pawns and both players started making their each Kakoi . SATOMI quickly completed her Hon mino gakoi with 14...G4a-5b and slid her Rook with 15...R-8d aiming at the 8g-Pawn .

IWANE moved up her Bishop with 16.B-8f to block SATOMI's Rook power . SATOMI moved up her left Silver with 16...S-6d and started attacking with 17...P-7d .

IWANE let her King enter Taka mino gakoi and advanced her attacking pieces . After exchanging the Bishops , IWANE dropped her one with B*3b to attack SATOMI's camp .

SATOMI sacrificed some Pawns to attack IWANE's Kakoi and succeeded to make her Rook promoted with 38...Rx8g+ attacking the 4g-Silver .
