SATO selected Yagura opening in this game and NAKAMURA accepted it . After some moves , NAKAMURA pushed the 7th file Pawn with 10...P-7e to exchanged the Pawns before his King entered Yagura gakoi .

SATO moved up his Bishop with 11.B-4f to disturb NAKAMURA's ideal development of the camp . NAKAMURA let his Rook escape and made Kin Yagura . After some moves , SATO started attacking with 27.P-1e .
