KUBO advanced the 7th file Pawn with 2.P-7e to select ISHIDA ryu opening . KUBO ranged the Rook with 3.R-7h , and WATANABE naturally advanced the 8th file Pawn with 3...P-8e . Then KUBO floated his Rook with 4.R-7f and selected one of the newest line of ISHIDA ryu .

The move 4.R-7h seemed dangerous because the line 4...Bx8h+ 5.Sx8h B*4e may give Gote an advantage .

WATANABE exchanged the Bishops with 4...Bx8h+ , however didn't dropped a Bishop with 5...B*4e , but moved up the left Silver with 5...S-2b . Perhaps WATANABE wanted to avoid the line 5...B*4e 6.R-6f Bx2g+ 7.P-7d Px7d 8.B*5e S-2b 9.P-3f .

KUBO sacrificed the 7th file Pawn and dropped a Bishop with 8.B*4f aiming at the 8b-Rook . WATANABE also dropped a Bishop with 8...B*6d to defend . After the next Bishop exchange , KUBO dropped a Bishop again with 10.B*6c .

KUBO succeeded to make a promoted Bishop with 11.B-4e+ . WATANABE moved up his Bishop with 14...B-5d attacking KUBO's Rook . KUBO exchanged his Rook for WATANABE's Bishop and continued attacking .
