UEDA selected Gokigen Nakabisha as the opening of this game . YAUCHI selected 4.G-7h line as the counter-plan against UEDA's opening .

After completed Kata mino gakoi , UEDA moved up her Bishop with 8...B-3c and YAUCHI immediately exchanged the Bishops to disturb natural development of UEDA's attacking formation . After sacrificing a Pawn with 10.P-2d , YAUCHI dropped a Bishop and made it promoted .

After some moves , UEDA dropped a Bishop with 17...B*1b and succeeded to remove YAUCHI's promoted Bishop from the board .

For some moves , both players developed their each camp . UEDA made Kata Ginkanmuri . YAUCHI made KIMURA mino and tried to develop it to Gin tachi Yagura . UEDA dropped a Bishop with 29...B*6c and started attacking with 30.P-2f .

UEDA exchanged Silvers and Knights in the 4th & 3rd file . Replying YAUCHI's 38.R-2h , UEDA dropped a Pawn with 38...P*6f to attack the 6th file for a while .

After UEDA's 41...B-6i+ , YAUCHI dropped a Silver with 42.S*6c to attack UEDA's Kakoi . YAUCHI tried to continue attacking and UEDA also attacked YAUCHI's Kakoi with 55...N*7e .
