ITODANI selected Ittezon Kakugawari as the opening of this game . SATO advanced his right Silver to attack with Bougin attacking formation .

After the 3rd file Pawn exchange , SATO backed his 2f-Silver with 15.S-3g and exchanged the 2nd file Pawns , too . Replying SATO's Pawn exchange , ITODANI developed his camp making Gintachi Yagura .

SATO advanced his right Silver again and ITODANI reformed his Kakoi to Ginkanmuri . Sacrificing the 4th and 3rd file Pawns , SATO started attacking , and ITODANI dropped a Bishop with 29...B*6d to threatening the 2h-Rook disturbing SATO's attack .

SATO let his Rook escape from the 6d-Bishop power with 30.R-4h . ITODANI moved up his 4c-Gold to protect the 4e-Pawn . SATO attacked ITODANI's 6d-Bishop , and ITODANI sacrificed his Bishop to get a Silver with 35...Px2f .

SATO dropped a Bishop attacking the 8b-Rook with 38.B*7a and promoted the Bishop with 39.Bx5c+ . Replying SATO's attack , ITODANI's King escaped and succeeded to enter SATO's camp .
