TOH'YAMA selected Gokigen Nakabisha as the opening of this game . NAKAMURA selected 4.S-4h line and TOH'YAMA advanced the 5th file Pawn making Gosuji Kurai dori formation .

NAKAURA made Funa gakoi and advanced his right Silver onto 4f threatening the 5e-Pawn and the 3c-Bishop's head . TOH'YAMA also moved up his left Silver with 10...S-4d to defend both position .

While TOH'YAMA was making Kata mino gakoi , NAKAMURA advanced one more Silver onto 6f to use it for attack . After some moves , NAKAMURA jumped his right Knight and started attacking .

After NAKAMURA's attack , TOH'YAMA sacrificed his Bishop and succeeded to make his Rook promoted .
