Shogi News: The 34th Kio sen : 5 games title match

6:46 P.M. 30 March 2009 , after 106 moves , KUBO won the last game of this match and he gets his first title "Kio" . And SATO lost his title .

KUBO selected "Gokigen Nakabisha" as the opening of this game . SATO exchanged the Bishops with 4.Bx2b+ , this move is a beggining of "MARUYAMA vaccin" . But SATO selected very rare variation , 5.G-6h ! KUBO naturaly made "Mino gakoi" and protected the 2nd file with S-3c .

KUBO developped his "Mino gakoi" to "Gin kanmuri" . SATO got a kurai (e-rank positioning Pawn) in the 6th file and supported it with S-6f . KUBO crashed his left Silver with SATO's 6f Silver . After Silver exchange , KUBO threatned in 9th file of SATO's camp and started attacking here with joining his Rook and Bishop .
