UEYAMA closed his Bishop line with 2...P-4d and SHIMIZU immediately advanced the 2nd file Pawn with 3.P-2e to disturb making Yagura gakoi . UEYAMA advanced the 8th file Pawn with 5...P-8e forcing SHIMIZU to move up her left Silver with 6.S-7g closing her Bishop line . UEYAMA started making Yagura gakoi . UEYAMA's strategy is called "Muriyari Yagura " .

SHIMIZU advanced the 5th file Pawn with 9.p-5e and she also made Yagura gakoi . After both players completed Yagura gakoi , UEYAMA pushed the 5th file Pawn with 21...P-5d and a battle started .

By exchanging the 5th file Pawns , UEYAMA got a Pawn in his hand . And UEYAMA pushed the 3rd file Pawn with 24...P-3e aiming at the 3g-Knight . SHIMIZU floated her Rook with 25.R-2f to defend the Knight head . UEYAMA moved up his left Silver with 25...S-3d aiming at the 2f-Rook .

After jumped the left Knight with 28...N-3c , UEYAMA started attacking SHIMIZU's Kakoi directly with 29...P-6e . SHIMIZU also attacked UEYAMA's Kakoi with 31.P-4e .
UEYAMA sacrificed a Bishop with 41...Bx7e and half broke SHIMIZU's Kakoi .
