MARUYAMA selected Yokofutori as the opening of this game . FUKAURA naturally captured the 3d-Pawn with 8.Rx3d and MARUYAMA jumped the left Knight with 8...N-3c . Then the line of this game became Yokofutori San-San Kei senpou .

FUKAURA moved up his King with 9.K-5h making Nakazumai Gyoku form and MARUYAMA moved up his King with 9...K-6b to make his Kakoi in the right side of his camp .

Both players backed their Rooks and developed their camp . FUKAURA advanced the 7th file Pawn and MARUYAMA advanced the 5th file Pawn . After moved up the Bishop with 19.B-9g FUKAURA pushed the 7th file Pawn with 20.P-7d aiming at the 4b-Silver by the 9g-Bishop . MARUYAMA dropped a Pawn with 20...P*2e to block the 2f-Rook's power attacking the Rook .

After capturing the 7c-Pawn with 21.Px7c+ , FUKAURA's Rook escaped from the 2nd file with 22.R-7f . After some moves , FUKAURA started attacking with 27.P*2b and MARUYAMA also started attacking with 27...N-8e .

After the Knight exchange , FUKAURA succeeded making a promoted Pawn with 29.P-2a+ . MARUYAMA jumped his left Knight and attacking FUKAURA's Rook by his right Silver .

MARUYAMA dropped a Knight with 34...N*8f blocking the 8g-Rook's power and attacking the 7h-Gold . FUKAURA also dropped a Knight with 35.N*4f attacking the 3d-Rook . MARUYAMA immediately captured the Knight with 35...Bx4f sacrificing a Bishop and captured the 7h-Gold with 36...Nx7h+ .

FUKAURA dropped a Bishop with 37.B*8c forking the 7b-King and 6e-Silver . After MARUYAMA's King escaped from the Bishop attack with 37...K-7a , FUKAURA captured the 6e-Silver . MARUYAMA made a promoted Pawn with 38...P-7g+ . FUKAURA's Rook captured the 8e-Pawn with 39.Rx8e escaping from the 7g-promoted Pawn . MARUYAMA dropped a Knight with 39...N*7c forking the 8e-Rook and the 6e-promoted Bishop . FUKAURA dropped a Silver with 40.S*8b to continue attacking .
