HABU defend his title "Meijin" !

Shogi News : The 68th Meijin sen ; 7 games title match


9:53 P.M. (JST) , 29 May 2010 , after 163 moves , HABU won the 4th game of the 68th Meijin sen title match . The score of this match becomes "HABU 4 --- 0 MIURA " , and HABU succeeded to defend his title Meijin .

MIURA developed his camp to Ginkanmuri and HABU made Kin Yagura . HABU advanced the 7th file Pawn and started attacking here using the Bishop line .

MIURA sacrificed the 4th file Pawn with 30...P-4f and attacked HABU's Bishop with 31...S-4e . HABU sacrificed his Bishop and broke the 7th file .

Replying HABU's attack , MIURA also attacked HABU's Kakoi and the Kakoi became half broken . MIURA dropped a Bishop with 44...B-2c aiming at the 6g-Gold .

MIURA sacrificed his Bishops and tried to continue attacking HABU's King .
