After both players opened the Bishop line , YAMAGUCHI advanced the 7th file Pawn with 2.P-7e , and she shown her attitude to select Haya ISHIDA . Replying 2.P-7e , WATANABE pushed the 5th file Pawn with 2...P-5d .
The move 2...P-5d means Gote player dislike R-7h with open Bishop line without P-6f . If Sente still move 3.R-h , please see my blog Yamajunn's Shogi opening traps ; Haya ISHIDA part 2.
After closing the Bishop line YAMAGUCHI turned her Rook to 7h . WATANABE advanced her left Silver with 3...S-4b & 4...S-5c , moved up the Bishop with 5...B-3c and she made her strategy Mukai Bisha .
YAMAGUCHI also advanced her left Silver to 5f threatening the 3c-Bishop's head . WATANABE pushed the 4th file Pawn with 7...P-4d to decline YAMAGUCHI's S-4e .
YAMAGUCHI temporary made Kata mino gakoi with 8.S-3h and immediately started developing it to Yagura gakoi . WATANABE also made Hon mino gakoi 10...S-7b and her King was entering the Kakoi .
YAMAGUCHI exchanged the 7th file Pawns , before she completed Yagura gakoi . She re-opened the Bishop line by advancing the 6th file . This move disturbed a development of WATANABE's camp with P-6d , but closed a way of YAMAGUCHI's 5f-Silver and left Knight in the same time .
After some moves , WATANABE's King entered Hon mino gakoi , turned her Rook to 4b and pushed the 8th file Pawn with 21...P-8d to develop her Kakoi to Ginkanmuri . YAMAGUCHI completed Hekomi Yagura and started attacking with 24.P-6d & 25.P*6e , before WATANABE completed her Kakoi .

Because WATANABE couldn't capture the 6e-Pawn , She exchanged her 3c-Bishop and YAMAGUCHI's 7g-Knight with 25...Bx7g+ . If WATANABE captured the 6e-Pawn with 25...Px6e , the move 26.Nx6e would attack the 5c-Bishop and YAMAGUCHI's 9g-Bishop threatened the 4b-Rook .
After a Bishop and a Knight exchange , WATANABE dropped a Knight with 26...N*8e forking the 7g-Rook & the 9g-Bishop . WATANABE captured the 9g-Bishop and she recovered her material loss .
WATANABE captured the 6e-Pawn with 28...Px6e , and replying YAMAGUCHI's 29.Sx6e , WATANABE dropped a Pawn with 29...P*6d to defend . YAMAGUCHI didn't back the 6e-Silver , but dropped a Pawn with 30.P*7d to continue attacking .
2 Pawns and 2 Silvers were exchanged in the 7th file . WATANABE dropped a Silver and a Pawn with 32...S*8c & 33...P*7d to fix her camp . YAMAGUCHI advanced the 8th file Pawn to attack this file , the weak point of Ginkanmuri .
WATANABE dropped a Bishop with 34...B*8g attacking the 7h-Rook . WATANABE made a promoted Bishop , but after sacrificing 2 Pawns in the 8th file , YAMAGUCHI dropped a Bishop with 38.B*5f to remove the 6e-promoted Bishop from the board .
After some moves , WATANABE captured the 9g-Lance and she seemed to recover the position . YAMAGUCHI's Rook escaped with 45.R-6h and tried to continue attacking . Until 53...Sx7c , YAMAGUCHI had a difficulty in attack any more .
